The primary mission of the Royesheigar Institute is to enhance the level of reflective and critical thinking among citizens by promoting the humanities and introducing philosophical, critical, and aesthetic approaches to art and other fields of knowledge. This is pursued through the organization of short-term cultural educational sessions and programs that focus on the introduction, review, and critical analysis of books, with the aim of fostering a culture of reading and public discourse.

More precisely, Royeshedigar is a cultural-research institute dedicated to the study and advancement of philosophy, logic, and critical thinking, as well as psychology, education, literature, and the perception of art. The institute engages in the formation of reading groups and collaborative study circles (referred to as "text-sharing" and "co-reading" sessions) to explore diverse and interdisciplinary topics within the humanities and arts.

Royeshedigar serves as a dialogical and research-based community of scholars, thinkers, and enthusiasts committed to strengthening methods and frameworks for academic inquiry. Through this collaborative intellectual environment, the institute aims to contribute meaningfully to the expansion of humanities-based knowledge within the broader academic and cultural landscape.

The institute’s programs are generally categorized into two main branches:

1. Educational and Promotional Programs, which include seminars, public talks, and short-term educational workshops.
2. Research and Study Programs, which are carried out in the form of collaborative reading groups, critical discussion sessions, and thematic study circles.

Currently, the institute operates through three distinct branches:

Yara – Iranian Center for the Advancement of Philosophy for Children and Youth (ICAPCY).

Yara Book House, which was active for two years before closing due to financial challenges (2022-2024).

Ravan-Yara Psychological Group.
